PURPOSE
Signes is an idea capture and sorting app for iPhone, published by Bastien Vairet. These terms govern its use. By installing or using Signes, you accept them.
LICENCE
Purchasing Signes grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use on your Apple devices, under App Store rules.
The app may not be resold, rented, decompiled or redistributed.
PURCHASE AND REFUNDS
Purchases are made and billed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own terms, not by the publisher.
YOUR DATA IS YOURS
The notes you write are yours. They stay on your device and, if you enable it, in your own iCloud storage. The publisher has no access to them. You can export them as Markdown at any time.
AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
The app is provided as is. Updates may add, change or remove features. The publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor compatibility with every future version of iOS.
LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Signes is provided without warranty of any kind and the publisher cannot be held liable for any loss of data. Back up your content regularly, notably through the Markdown export.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Signes name, logo, design and code remain the property of the publisher. The licence transfers no rights to them.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These terms may change. The applicable version is the one shown in the app at the time you use it.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
